SEEKING PERMISSION FOR INDUSTRIAL VISIT TO YOUR ESTEEMED ORGANISATION

I am writing this letter to enquire and request for the visit from 3rd year students of School of Pharmacy at your industry in the month of April 2018 or early May 2018. Kindly accord permission to visit your esteemed organization for a team of 12 (10 students and 2 lecturers) as on any dates between 20th, 27th of April, 4th or 11th of May 2018.

As part of the curriculum of 3rd year students (Pharmaceutical Analysis subject), industry visit is mandatory to fulfill the curriculum demand. This educational visit is also aimed to give an overview and exposure to students on learning more about the equipment used for pharmaceutical processes and analysis. We also hope that, one of your skilled staff could give us some brief lecture in this regard as well during our visit.
